Abstract

Primary hyperoxaluria is a rare condition characterized by recurrent kidney and bladder stones. It is

estimated to affect 1 in 58,000 individuals worldwide. This condition is inherited in an autosomal recessive

pattern. We are reporting a case of primary hyperoxaluria leading to renal failure and pancytopenia in

Pakistan.
